Turning Local Ideas Into Real Projects
One of the aims of Pride in Place is to give local people the opportunity to shape the future of Layton & Grange Park.
The Community Voices Fund provides grants of £250 to £10,000 to support projects and activities that make a positive difference to the local area.
Whether it’s bringing people together, improving neighbourhoods, supporting wellbeing or celebrating community pride, we’re looking for ideas that reflect what matters most to local people.
What Funding Is Available?
Small Community Grants
£250–£2,500
Ideal for smaller community activities, local events and neighbourhood projects.
Community Action Grants
£2,500–£10,000
Supporting larger projects delivered by community organisations, charities, schools and local partnerships.
Who Can Apply?
Applications are welcome from organisations including:
- Community groups
- Charities
- Community organisations
- Schools
- Faith organisations
- Sports clubs
- Voluntary organisations
If you’re a local resident with a great idea but aren’t part of an organisation, we’d still love to hear from you. We may be able to help connect you with a suitable community partner.
What Could Be Funded?
