Executive Board Members

Sarah Lindsay

Chair and Head of Promise at The Boathouse Youth
Sarah Lindsay is Chair of the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board for Layton & Grange Park, helping to lead a £20 million long-term investment programme focused on community-led change and improving outcomes for local residents.

Alongside this role, Sarah leads on impact, external affairs and organisational storytelling at The Boathouse Youth. Over the past 11 years, she has worked with partners across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast to create opportunities for young people, strengthen communities and support positive, lasting change.

Chris Webb

MP for Blackpool South
Chris Webb is the Member of Parliament for Blackpool South and has played a key role in securing £20 million of Government investment for Layton & Grange Park through the Pride in Place programme.

Having grown up in Layton, Chris is passionate about supporting projects that strengthen local communities, create lasting opportunities for residents and help unlock the area's full potential for future generations.

Mike Coole

@theGrange Community Centre Manager
Mike is the centre Manager of @theGrange Community Centre. Mike has helped establish @theGrange as a trusted hub supporting thousands of residents each year.

He has extensive experience in developing community projects, securing external funding and bringing organisations together to improve outcomes for local people.

As Vice Chair Mike is committed to ensuring residents voices shape the future investment and that the programme leaves a lasting, positive legacy for both Grange Park and Layton.

Jessica Jones

Layton Resident
I'm a lifelong Layton resident, graphic designer and digital creator who works with businesses, organisations and community groups to bring ideas to life.

My work has given me a strong understanding of business, communication and community engagement, along with great local connections.

As one of the younger members of the board, I bring a creative perspective while helping make sure local young/creative voices are heard.

Luke Hollowell

Layton Resident and Youth Ambassador for Youth Employment UK
Luke is a lifelong Layton resident and works locally as a Green Doctor with Groundwork, helping households reduce energy costs and improve home efficiency.

He also serves as a Youth Ambassador for Youth Employment UK, championing young people's voices and opportunities.

As Vice Chair of Pride in Place, Luke helps ensure local residents, particularly young people, have a strong voice in shaping investment across Layton & Grange Park.
