Pride in Place, in partnership with Citizens Advice Blackpool, is recruiting a Programme Manager to play a central role in delivering our £20 million, 10-year community-led programme.
Salary: £44,000–£48,000 depending on experience
Location: Layton & Grange Park, Blackpool – hybrid/community based

Employment Arrangements
The Programme Manager will work exclusively on the Pride in Place programme. The successful candidate will be employed by Citizens Advice Blackpool and seconded to Pride in Place, with day-to-day management and direction provided by the Pride in Place Chair. Citizens Advice Blackpool will act as the host employer, providing payroll and HR support.
